Mom, you would love it here, right now! It's avocado season! Tanya Denman told Crystine Polk who told us about a tree in the Barrigada area that is loaded with avocados. It is in the right of way (public land) and no one is picking from it. The fruit is going to waste. Aaron wasted not time in purchasing a fruit picker. Unfortunately the tree is so large we can reach only a few with it. So Greg and Crystine met Aaron at the tree and they borrowed the neighbor's picker which made it possible to reach higher into the tree. Much fruit was harvested but there is still a lot more. For the time, we have enough to enjoy avocados for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Can't wait until mango season!
