Some of the friends who volunteered to come to Micronesia have had to return to the states for various reasons. Most often the reason is that they can't make a living out here. Herb and Jill Twining will be returning to Ann Arbor, Michigan in March so we had a gathering to say good-bye. Their daughter and son-in-law are visiting so it was also an opportunity to get to know them.
During the meeting on Sunday it poured rain. The rain subsided and a good time was had by all at the gathering! As we pulled away from Asan Memorial Park, it began to rain again. That's Guam, baby!
