You may be able to purchase such items stateside but these are two things that are staples here on Guam. You'll notice the store looks a little like Costco. Think smaller than Winco and way more expensive but BULK. We call it Cost-U-Less and when compared to Pay-Less Groceries it does indeed cost you less.
