The inspector was at the house today around 11 o'clock. Hoping everything is good to go. Also met the buyer's Realtor. She said to me "Your back yard is phenomenal!" I'm inclined to agree. The new grass really finished it off.

The inspection came thru okay—no major repairs! We're still waiting to hear if FHA will require any updating to the fireplace. The pest and dry rot came thru with absolutely no problems. Things are nearly final. We should be good to go.

It will cost us a mere $115 to bring the fireplace up to code. That's not too bad! Then we close on the 17th. Hurray!
