We had visitors—Russell + Charlene Clinton
from Majuro, Marshall Islands
While we awaited the concrete truck, some of the stud walls went up
Needed a little weight on the concrete float—Camille
Rain break
"Just wait 10 minutes!"
More construction
Ladies on site
Our sister Sally in the dress was on site every day as we worked on her home—
a three-room extension of an existing house
End of day
My entertaining friend Dawnee—completely out of her element (just like me) but giving her best
First time doing any wiring
The next day, after a little cleanup, the keys were handed over to our grateful sister. She cried, not because of her new home but because she would miss seeing her friends daily.
