Most neighborhoods on Guam are riddled with stray dogs. There is a pack that runs in our neighborhood too—barking and creating havoc in the wee hours of the morning.
Our best guess is that a couple dogs chased a rat or a cat up into the wheel well. When they couldn't get to the creature, they took it out on my car—both fenders, the bumper, and wiring and liners on both sides.
Over $5000 worth of damage and a tow.
NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING?
Then you haven't been reading my blog!
It happened BEFORE in 2014!
Wow. How terrible. Must have been some determined dogs.
ReplyDeleteThat is incredible and the whole time I am reading this I am thinking, didn't this happen before to one of their cars. So very crazy and so very sorry. Will your insurance help with the cost of repairs?
ReplyDeleteIt’s covered!
Delete😬 eeek! Is there special insurance for that? 😳
ReplyDeleteJust regular insurance covers it! 😊
DeleteI think that is so crazy!! Again!!
ReplyDeleteI remember a similar thing happened to Rhonda’s car when we lived in Ironwood. Ours was still drivable, but all of a sudden one morning there was a warning light on. Took it in only to find a wiring harness was chewed through.😤
