After exiting the bamboo forrest, we strolled down the street—searching for a place to eat,
stepping into shops for warmth and wandering through gardens and temple grounds.
Follow that man!
My feet were tired…
…and my nose was cold. We were not sure what DevilNut was but her partner was sporting the same word(s) across his bum.
Cute little phone booth!
When was the last time you saw a working phone booth?
Waiting for the bus.
This is where we finally had a little something to eat—
a steamed bun with pork inside called Nikuman (in chinese baozi).
It was a lovely little village across a burbling river, at the base of a mountain, near a quiet bamboo forest.
Note to self: come back in spring or fall, the mountains would be alive with color

Very nice sites, but looked so cold, felt for ya. Loved the cute little green phone booth and cute girl using the phone. Bamboo gardens looked nice. Interesting about the Devil Nut???
