This is how we BBQ on Guam. Well...when it's called for.
Greg and Crystine Polk returned to Taiwan. We planned to have a gathering at the park in Tumon but there was an event and nobody realized it until the last minute. There was no room for us there. By text, email and phone calls we all came together in the parking lot of a warehouse in Harmon.

Debbie's always there to make sure everything is pulled together for our buffet style feast.
The food was delicious, the weather was fare and all had a lovely evening.
