The Hensons from Salem OR, came through Guam on their way to Chuuk and Pohnpei.
We compelled them to stay at the Sutton Inn for a few days.
Sadly, it rained. Roberta, Mackenna, Morgan and Christopher didn't really seem to mind the rain.
While touring the island, Aaron and I enjoyed a few firsts.
The first time I rode in the back of the Hyundai (see opening photo)…
…the first time to see water coming down this fall…
…the first time we did NOT climb the stairs at this lookout…
…the first time we saw egrets on Guam, lots of them…
…the first time Aaron used his flip-flop to measure a crypt, maybe the first time he measured a crypt…
…the first time we went to Ritidian and it was closed to swimming because of the water/wind conditions…
…and the first time we found a merman on the beach in Tumon Bay!
Love all the firsts. Best place to stay on Guam is the Sutton Inn!!!:D
