When we got lost, we were looking for the Methee Phuket Cashew Nut Factory where you can see the cashew in various stages and purchase a variety of cashews—roasted, butter, sesame, salt, tum yum, chili, coffee, chocolate, garlic, wasabi—and other cashew products.

This is the cashew fruit. They make a juice from the fruit itself. The stem of the fruit is where the cashew nut comes from.
