Busy! Busy! Busy!

Between now and August, Aaron and I will be quite busy.  As a result, our excursions to the beach have been and will continue to be few and far between.

Two weeks ago, we began casting for a Bible Drama that will be held at this year's District Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses.  In order for the audience to enjoy the program for the first time at the convention, we are not permitted to discuss the details until after the performance.  I'm hoping to document the process and share later.  Aaron is the Assistant Director and I am working in Costumes.  We are on a tight schedule since we will be performing the complete program during the first part of July to be video recorded for the convention in Saipan.  Our convention is the last weekend of July.

Aaron is on the Disaster Relief Committee (of Micronesia of Jehovah’s Witnesses).  He has enlisted my assistance in researching and compiling data for a Vulnerability Report on Guam and Kosrae.  I've also been asked to work on a PowerPoint presentation that will be shown to the Guam Branch Committee.

The South Guam congregation has purchased land for a new Kingdom Hall (KH).  The KH Desk at the Guam Branch has asked Aaron to work on the site plans.  He's been working on that the last two weekends.

The Central Guam congregation (our congregation) has me working on maps so that we can work our area in the ministry in an orderly fashion.  It is an ongoing project.  There really is no end to it because people are constantly moving and we have so many different languages on the island.

Not to mention, Aaron has responsibilities within the congregation as an elder.  And I am in the ministry 70+ hours each month.

The end of July brings friends from Oregon and the Convention.  August brings Elder School(s) and friends from Chuuk.  September brings us home to Oregon.

We know that everyone is busy, but for those who read our blog often, we wanted you to know why we're neglecting it.
