Driving South

Island Tour

On Saturday, after we went out in the ministry, Aaron and I took a drive down around the South end of the island. We stopped off at several lookouts and spots of interest. We also ran into Ron and Laurie Hertz from the branch who were taking the zone overseers around the island.

This is a Spanish bridge. It's very picturesque. The ocean is thru the trees.

This is at one of the lookouts just before we ran into the Hertz'.

These are some really cool salt water pools that are fed by the waves of the ocean. To our left you can see a diving board. They're very deep. Next time we come this way, we'll be bringing our suits.

This is Jeff's Pirate Cove. A great place for appetizers and a beverage of your choice. We had Mai Tai's. The seating is all outdoors and there was a lovely breeze.

Back at the apartment. Aaron thinks he's "pulling this look off"! Not so much!

  1. Nice pictures, feel like we went around the island. Look forward to seeing the sites in person. I beg to differ with you Christy, think Aaron is pulling off the look very nicely.:>) Love the new white hat, looks best on Christy.
