Home Sale Number Two

Just prior to leaving for our family reunion this last weekend, Aaron and I made a counteroffer to a new buyer. Upon our return on Sunday, we finalized the paperwork and are awaiting a successful close on September 17th.

This new buyer was the first to look at it after our failed sale. She looked at it Thursday morning and again at 4 to write an offer. Quick-quick!

We are optimistic and very happy to have an offer prior to our departure date (Aug. 27th).
